Commuters at Putney & Wandsworth Town stations know that the train service needs improvement.

Outside the morning rush hour, you can wait up to 21 minutes for a train. The return journey out of Waterloo each evening is poor and suffers from too many delays and cancellations making the journey home more difficult than it should be.
