Fairer Deal for Earlsfield Station

Fairer Deal for Earlsfield Station

Wandsworth Conservatives are on a campaign to improve Earlsfield Station and make it a better place for passengers

Many people use Earlsfield Station daily, however those that are disabled, carrying luggage or travelling with children are at a disadvantage. There is no access for those who cannot walk up the 40-plus steps to the platform.

Wandsworth Conservatives are campaigning for the rights of these passengers as well as pushing for other improvements at the station.

In a recent poll regarding the accommodations at Earlsfield Station, Wandsworth Conservatives found many residents support the campaign for change that we are working towards.

Passengers have said they would like to be able to use Oyster pre-pay to cut down the queues at the station and costs of travel.
They also feel that staffing at Earlsfield Station is inadequate. The low numbers of staff at Earlsfield on nights and weekends creates an unfriendly environment for passengers.

Wandsworth Conservatives are determined to campaign for improvements at Earlsfield Station.
